Over 25+ eateries across Kaikōura will be serving up a variety of Crayfish themed dishes including cray tacos, cray dumplings, cray fritters, cray rolls, cray pies, cray tails, half cray, whole cray, cray agnolotti, cray chowder and much, much more! With the help of some of the most awesome sponsors such as Esses Wine Company and Karaka Lobster - Premium Seafood and Cafe its a food fest not to be missed.
