Booking and Cancellation policy

Payment policy

Booking reservations confirmed only on receipt of a deposit of the first night's accommodation by Visa or Mastercard. The owners reserve the right to refuse any bookings.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of any reservation will incur a cancellation & administrative fee of $15.00 per unit or site. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival will result in full loss of deposit. No refunds should guests alter or leave before reserved departure date. The above 48 hour policy does not include multi unit/site bookings and some peak week-ends - refer to manager at time of reservation. We have a strict no party policy. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation on this basis.


Group policy

We have the right to refuse any bookings and have a strict no party policy. This includes stag nights, hen nights, fishing trips, rugby trips and birthday parties. Excessive alcohol consumption and loud music will not be allowed at any time. 

Group bookings must be made directly via email

Group booking policy:

Any group booking (3 or more units) requires a 50% deposit to be made at the time of booking. Full payment must be made one month prior to arrival if not before. 

Group cancellation policy:

Numbers must be confirmed one month prior to arrival, after this it is non-refundable. Cancellations outside of the one month bracket incur a $15 cancellation fee per unit/site.


Dog policy

Dogs are welcomed here between 15 February and 19 December. Strictly no pets allowed over our summer period.

Only a select number of our rooms are pet friendly so please book the 'dog friendly room' options on the pets page on the link below or phone 0800 69 23 22, we can help you choose the best room for you and your furry friend.


Holiday Park Dog Policy

  • We ask you to keep your dog on a lead at all times in our park and please keep them away from the communal areas.
  • When staying in our rooms please ensure your dog is bathed (no muddy paw prints please) and provide their own bed.
  • Please ensure your dog is cleaned up after immediately, we have doggy poo bags at reception if you need one.
  • Because of the busy nature of a Holiday Park your dog needs to be well socialized and can tolerate other dogs and movement of people. If your dog barks excessively, displays aggressive behavior or annoys anyone then we may ask you to remove the dog from the park immediately.
  • Owners must take pets with them if leaving the park for any length of time. We do not allow dogs to be left unattended in a vehicle or room.

Pet friendly doesn't just mean dog friendly! We also permit cats to stay in the pet friendly rooms & campsites (Similar rules apply)


Noise policy

We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere at our holiday park and have a strict 10pm noise curfew. Any noise complaints will result in guests being removed from the premises with no refund. They will also be liable for refunds of other guests disturbed by them. 


Cleaning fee policy

Any excessive cleaning will result in additional fees. Strong cooking odours and/or smoking in rooms that prevent us from being able to sell your room upon your check out will result in a full room rate charge. Please respect our property, fellow guests and staff.
